78 COLTS, Please find your name by going toClassmate profiles, create a password, and login. You're not done yet. . . . . Fill out your Crawford history (or recent photo) so that we can verify who you are. The SERVER WILL NOT ALLOW ACCESS TO THE SITE without our verification. No info, no access to the site; sorry, that's the reality. Look for the "contact us" link on the left if you need help.
CONFIDENTIALITY OF OUR GRADUATES IS of the UPMOST IMPORTANCE, SO:
Current members, PLEASE UPDATE your SECURITY INFO. Please go into your profile and modify who can view your page. THANKS for your SUPPORT and patience!
The selling or soliciting of any product or service to our group is being monitored by the server, and THEY WILL BLOCK YOUR ACCESS.
Siblings: Please do not sign up your family members. THE SERVER eventually sends out automatic messages. Mr. Server doesn't like being accused of SPAMMING and he will delete your entry. Ask for guest membership via our "contact us" link and we'll VERIFY YOUR INFORMATION. (HEY SIBS: set up your web site for your class by clicking on the last link at the bottom of this page! We ALWAYS have other Colts asking about their class web sites.)
So What's new? Go to the link on the left that says: More photos to Add!. You can now upload your photos from the reunion on the Gallery pages. They will upload on that page as part of our photo page. There have been some kinks so take care with your JPG size!
DEAR '78 COLTS. I'm changing some things on the site every now and then. I will continue to upgrade the site with new features from the server. Thanks! B.
If you are on the web site and want to chat with a classmate, click on the LIVE CHAT link.
Here's the deal: use "nice language and nice talk", or there will be a "nice deletion" of the live chat feature.
Reunion Status: Please encourage your friends to sign up on the web site so that we can keep an accurate count of people we have located and the activities that you all wish to participate in. If our Colts are "picture shy", no problem, just let us know that the site is being checked. (Last time: Todd Reilly wanted to get a round of golf in with other Colts. David Goode invited all takers to bring their skateboards.) So start thinking about what you want that weekend to be, and we'll pass these suggestions to the new reunion committee. Please start saving your pennies for any food and activities expenses.

They really respect our class and website and have been great about referring our classmates to this site. If you have questions, or suggestions for the Foundation, or would just like to sit in on some of the meetings, contact them:
As of 12:47 p.m., February 7, 2010, we have had 17159 HITS! Keep scanning or downloading those family photos! You have such beautiful families, pets, and travels!
We have 213graduates that have logged into the site and have signed in!! We're missing about 392 of you! Thanks to everyone helping to find and connect our grads to the site! Thanks to the alumni foundation that is redirecting people to us.
Why aren't we linking Facebook, Twitter, Tagged, Skype? Well, any system can be hacked into (as we've already experienced) and some people just put way too much virtual info on those pages. Too much personal information is just too dangerous. Our little site is, apparently, very popular with the other Crawford Classes. Our server is constantly adjusting the memory and upkeep, so we're in good shape!
Bars? Friends? Family? Where are you going to watch the Superbowl? Do you have a pool going yet? Remember there's no legal gambling in the state of California (disclaimer) but I do have a pool sheet for fun.

Get out there and donate some door prizes to your local high school, elementary schools, churches, temples, etc. PLEASE CONSIDER DONATING Time TO ANY ORGANIZATION. Prevent Swine Flu Prevention:
Dr. Vinay Goyal is an MBBS,DRM,DNB (Intensivist and Thyroid specialist) having clinical experience of over 20 years. The following message given by him, makes a lot of sense and is important for all to know: The only portals of entry are the nostrils and mouth/throat. In a global epidemic of this nature, it's almost impossible to avoid coming into contact with H1N1 in spite of all precautions. Contact with H1N1 is not so much of a problem as proliferation is.
While you are still healthy and not showing any symptoms of H1N1 infection, in order to prevent proliferation, aggravation of symptoms and development of secondary infections, some very simple steps, not fully highlighted in most official communications, can be practiced (instead of focusing on how to stock N95 or Tamiflu):
1. Frequent hand-washing (well highlighted in all official communications).
2. "Hands-off-the-face" approach.Resist all temptations to touch any part of face (unless you want to eat, bathe or slap).
3.. *Gargle twice a day with warm salt water (use Listerine if you don't trust salt). *H1N1 takes 2-3 days after initial infection in the throat/ nasal cavity to proliferate and show characteristic symptoms. Simple gargling prevents proliferation. In a way, gargling with salt water has the same effect on a healthy individual that Tamiflu has on an infected one. Don't underestimate this simple, inexpensive and powerful preventative method.
4. Similar to 3 above, *clean your nostrils at least once every day with warm salt water. *Not everybody may be good at Jala Neti or Sutra Neti (very good Yoga asanas to clean nasal cavities), but *blowing the nose hard once a day and swabbing both nostrils with cotton buds dipped in warm salt water is very effective in bringing down viral population.*
5. *Boost your natural immunity with foods that are rich in Vitamin C (Amla and other citrus fruits). *If you have to supplement with Vitamin C tablets, make sure that it also has Zinc to boost absorption. Oranges, kiwi, strawberries, guava
6. *Drink as many warm liquids (tea, coffee, etc) as you can.*Drinking warm liquids has the same effect as gargling, but in the reverse direction. They wash off proliferating viruses from the throat into the stomach where they cannot survive, proliferate or do any harm.
I suggest you pass this on to your entire e-list. You never know 20 who might pay attention to it - and STAY ALIVE because of it.
