School Story:
It's funny but I cannot always separate whether certain memories are from Crawford or Horace Mann, since so many of us knew each other all the way through both schools.
I remember Brad Costan and I spending one summer taking the bus to La Jolla shores with two of the foxiest (and sweetest) girls in school to just swim, play cards and loaf in the sun as friends without a care in the world.
I remember having a class where I was surrounded by Liz Weaver, Janet Nugent,Sandy Self, Kathy Walch and maybe even Liz Grey and never learned a single thing other than how sometimes life can be very good indeed.
Mostly I remember hanging out at the quad each lunch with the same bunch of friends dating back to middle school and how one of us would get a girl friend for a bit, have lunch with only her for months at a time, then somehow end up right back with the gang a little wiser.
